How quickly can you complete?
We work to the date that suits you, but we can close as quickly as 30days. Some sellers want it done as quickly as possible, others need time to organise the move. Either way, we agree the date up front and stick to it.
Do I need to fix the property first?
No. We buy houses in any condition, including properties that need major work. You do not need to decorate, clear or repair anything.
